Our Turf & Lawn Management Services

At Lynch Landscape & Tree Service, Inc. we have experienced excellent results with our six-step lawn fertilization program. The following services are included as part of our lawn fertilizer program.

• Fertilizer and Pre-Emergent Crabgrass Control - A balanced fertilizer application with the correct amount of NPK to produce a thick and healthy lawn. The application also includes weed control including crabgrass.
• Fertilizer and Weed Control - A well-balanced fertilizer is applied with nitrogen to help turf maintain color and strengthen the plants. The broad-leaf weed control covers a variety of plants as needed.
• Grub Control - Grubs in our area are typically the larvae of the Japanese or Chafer Bettle. Their eggs are laid in the lawn which hatch and feed on the root system. We apply the systemic control material to ensure grubs are controlled at their most vulnerable time thus preventing any root or turf damage.
• Summer Fertilizer - A balanced fertilizer includes a slow release mechanism to assist the lawn through the hot, dry summer months. Spot treatment of weeds is applied only as needed and surface insects are addressed if identified.
• Fall Fertilizer - This service is applied in early fall with nutrients to help with the recovery from summer. The lawn fertilizer is designed to encourage root development and growth.
• Lime Application - The final application adjusts and raises the PH level in the soil to enhance soil structure and provide optimal PH levels (grass grows best at 7.0).
